Have you completed your CPR requirements for the 2023-25 CPD triennium?

RACGP SA is providing a CPR course delivered by St John SA in line with the Australian Resuscitation Council (ARC) guidelines.

The course will cover the following:
- DRSABCD action plan and responding to emergency situations
- Managing unconscious breathing casualties
- Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR)
- Using a defibrillator (AED)
- Legal issues in first aid
- Infection control.

CPR for GPs - Full

Workshop full to view more dates

This CPR course is run in conjunction with Medical Training Solutions and provides participants with topical emergency presentations and recent changes in emergency practice, tailored specifically for GPs.

This workshop is presented in accordance with the current guidelines of the Australian Resuscitation Council and covers all aspects of resuscitation and basic life support.

Completion of a CPR course is a requirement for the 2023-25 triennium.

CBT Skills for GPs - August Intake

Online via gplearning

RACGP Rural's Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) skills for GPs is a fully online course designed to equip you with foundational CBT skills. It focuses on the practical application of cognitive restructuring techniques and behavioural strategies to support the management of common mental health presentations in general practice.

The course comprises six interactive learning modules, including a pre-course reflection activity and final quiz. You can complete each module at your own pace.

This course is a CPD Approved Activity. GPs can earn 3.5 EA and 5 RP CPD hours.

The course is also GPMHSC-accredited for MH CPD and FPS CPD.

Cost: RACGP members $495
