Induction to the FSP

You should see no more than four patients per hour in any general practice term. Your caseload should be monitored (by you, your supervisor, ME and the training site) to ensure you see patients from a range of demographics (eg age and gender) and with varied presentations. Factors such as your experience level, skills, if you're new to the training site and the types of services offered will be considered when managing your caseload. Your caseload may change throughout a term, but only with mutual agreement.
