Caring for patients with post–COVID-19 conditions
The original development of this guide was undertaken by Ƶ (RACGP) in collaboration with the . A clinical pathway has been developed for local , containing state/territory and region-specific information, but this is not currently available on all local sites. This collaboration aims to support general practice teams to collaborate with local hospital services and/or community-based multidisciplinary services in the care of patients with post–COVID-19 conditions.
The RACGP acknowledges the work of the National COVID-19 Clinical Evidence Taskforce (of which the RACGP is a member) in developing and for the assessment and management of COVID-19 and post–COVID-19 conditions.
